I have availability Wednesday to Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm., both online and F2F.

About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in long term 1 to 1 talking therapy for adults 18+.

Practice description

I run an inclusive practice open to people from all walks of life. I approach all forms of identity with care and openness, and aim to create a space where you can feel accepted and able to explore difficult topics.

I have experience working with adults aged 19-65, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, or who have neurodivergent loved ones.

As a Canadian-born UK resident, I am passionate about cultural diversity and try to approach racial and ethnical difference with sensitivity, curiosity and open-mindedness.
