About me and my therapy practice
I'm Chris, an Integrative neurodivergent counsellor who works with individuals, couples, and young people who want real, grounded support not silence or clinical detachment.
My space is somewhere you can potentially drop the mask and be fully yourself, whether you're overwhelmed, angry, unsure, or exhausted. I’m engaged, collaborative, and gentle but honest. Together, we explore what’s going on for you at your pace, unpicking patterns, relationships, trauma, and sensory overwhelm to help you move toward clarity, compassion, and lasting change.
Practice description
I’m an integrative counsellor offering a space where you can arrive just as you are without pressure or expectation. We work at a pace that feels right for you, knowing that each session might feel different depending on what you need that day. Life has its natural ups and downs, and therapy can offer a steady, supportive space to explore what’s going on.
I work 1:1 with both adults, couples and young people aged 11 to 18, offering sessions in person and online. I welcome neurodivergent clients and take a neuro-affirming approach, valuing and adapting to different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches to support you in a way that feels most helpful whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating change, or just need time to process. I believe we’re all the experts of our own experience, and sometimes we just need a space to pause, reflect, and find our way through with the right kind of support alongside us.

What to Expect When You Get in Touch
When you first contact me, we’ll arrange a time for a brief phone or online call usually around 15–20 minutes. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether you’d like to book an initial session.
If you decide to go ahead, our first session will be a chance to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get from it. We’ll also talk through how we might work together, including things like confidentiality, boundaries, and how your information is kept safe.
Some people like to agree on a set number of sessions from the start, while others prefer to keep things more open-ended. Either way, we’ll check in regularly about how things are going and whether there are particular areas or goals you’d like to focus on.
