About me and my therapy practice
If you're feeling alone with your feelings, blocked, or unsure how to proceed, please be assured that when you contact me you will be met with warmth and compassion, together we will begin to work through whatever is causing you stress or upset.
I am especially qualified to work with artists and creatives, though all are welcome.
Whether you choose in-person or online therapy, I will encourage you to identify recurring patterns and unhelpful inner-narratives, helping you to get to the root of your issues.
Practice description
I have been coaching and mentoring artists since 2007 and am currently a therapist at Rock Clinic, Brighton alongside my private practice. Before becoming a therapist I worked for West Sussex Mind as a Peer Support Worker, supporting parents of children and young people with mental health challenges.
