I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in South East London, SE14, and I'm experienced in working with anxiety, relationship issues, loss and trauma.
Starting therapy is a big step, and I'd like to try and make it a bit easier. I offer a free, informal 20–30 minute phone call or Zoom session to answer your questions and see how we can best work together. Email me today to arrange a chat.
I work Monday-Thursdays both online and in person.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, (MÂ鶹Դ´) and an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.). I am neurodiversity-affirming, and an active LGBTQIA+ ally.
About me and my therapy practice
My approach is all about us working together to build a trusting relationship where you feel truly accepted and supported to be completely yourself.
I offer a non-directive and non-judgemental space, allowing you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
As part of my practice, I will be attentive and curious to your experience, helping you to unlock your own insights, unpick unhelpful thought patterns or behaviours, and find your own path forward.
Whether you're feeling anxious or depressed, if you have suffered loss, or want to explore long-held questions, or maybe you just feel like you need something but you're not sure what, we'll concentrate on your specific needs, and collaborate to transform your understanding of yourself and create space for healing.
I welcome all parts of you.
