I currently have availability for online sessions on Tuesdays evenings and Saturday mornings, as well as face to face sessions on Saturday mornings from my therapy space in Manchester City Centre. This gives you the option of working together either from the comfort of your own space or in person, depending on what feels most supportive.

About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stuck or facing resistance? I specialise in helping people navigate life鈥檚 challenges, whether that is a career shift, relationship struggles, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, or a quiet sense that something is holding you back, even if you cannot quite put your finger on it.
Together we will explore what might be getting in the way and begin to gently uncover what is needed for change. Therapy with me is not about giving you answers or advice. It is a space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your own strengths and begin to make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
Practice description
Sessions last 50 minutes. I offer an open and engaging space to explore what is happening for you now and what might be holding you back, including patterns from the past that you are starting to notice.
I work collaboratively, which means we will shape an approach that suits your needs. We will explore how you think and feel, and sometimes we might use creative or reflective tools such as drawing or writing if that feels helpful. I work at your pace, balancing conversation and reflection so the sessions feel supportive and effective.
My first session
If you would like to explore working together, I offer a free 20 minute consultation or a 50 minute consultation for 拢30.00. This is a gentle first conversation where you can share a little about what is going on for you and ask any questions you may have about therapy and how I work.
If we decide to continue, we will use our first full session to clarify what you would like to achieve and what support might be most helpful, so we have a clear foundation for the work ahead.
If I am not the right fit for what you need, we can talk that through and I can support you to think about what might be a better fit for you.
