I am a qualified integrative counsellor with expertise in drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. My adaptable, client-centred method allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, supporting you in the way that feels most helpful for you.
I work with people experiencing a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I conduct an assessment in the first session. This is an essential part of any therapeutic process. I take my duty of care to clients seriously and a general assessment helps me to decide whether I have the right set of skills to help with client's presenting issues.
