About me and my therapy practice

My name is Ben Weiner. I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ registered therapist in London. I tend to work with clients where everything looks fine on the outside. - career, friends, family, responsibilities - managed.

Inside, it might feel a bit different - causing internal conflict.

Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I work with people who feel the weight of responsibility and struggle with the strain of keeping everything together. We create space to pause, talk honestly, and begin moving from burnout and self-criticism toward balance, meaning, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Therapy is available in Enfield, Finsbury Park or online.

My work is inclusive and affirming, for all races, genders, sexualities, and backgrounds welcome. I have a particular focus in welcoming men and fathers to therapy

Practice description

I know what it's like to juggle responsibilities - work, family, financial pressures - whilst longing for a space for yourself to be fully you.

So often, life takes over and before you know it, you are not sure where your ground is anymore. The therapy I offer is Embodied, Relational and Integrative. By working with embodied practice, we can find your own "ground" and stability - freer from anxiety, burnout and the inner critic.

By working in a relational way, we can find the space between us and others - where we end, where others begin and where the connection between us feels right.

By combining these elements of therapy in an integrative way, I bring together different approaches, whilst keeping you - mind, body and emotions - at the centre of our work.

I am committed to creating an inclusive practice. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, faiths and life experiences. My aim is to create a safe space where you can bring all of who you are, without judgement.

However you arrive, I'll meet you where you are, and we'll work at your pace, fluid enough to encourage expression, and secure enough to allow safety.

My first session

If you’ve never had therapy before, it’s completely normal to feel a little unsure.

The first session is an opportunity for us to see if we’re a good fit for each other. I will ask you what brings you to therapy, and together we’ll explore what’s led you to seek support.

I’ll also take the time to explain how I work, and we’ll discuss your goals for therapy. If you decide to continue, I will provide a contract outlining the basics of how we’ll work together. The initial commitment is for six weeks on both sides, before we decide whether to set longer term intentions for our work together.

The therapy I offer is most effective as a weekly, open-ended arrangement

People who come to my practice often find that I offer the compassion and support needed to meet them exactly where they are.
