About me and my therapy practice

Saying YES to Life: Meaning, Purpose, and Living a Fulfilled Life.

In the rushing flow of our busy lives, or even during the peaceful turning of some quiet days, sometimes a deep sense of absence begins to stir, the impression that something meaningful eludes us. We encounter that with deep yet undefined unease, with a sense that something essential is missing. Perhaps life feels flat, directionless, or overly dictated by roles, expectations, and routine. These are symptoms that you may be encountering an existential crisis, a life questioning, or a lingering feeling of meaninglessness. This experience often shows up as procrastination, a lack of motivation, poor willpower, or an inability to act, not because you don鈥檛 care, but because you don鈥檛 yet feel touched by something truly worth devoting your life to.

Rooted in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy and drawing from a wide range of other psychology sciences, neurobiology, somatic approaches, and altered states of consciousness, I work holistically attuning to the emotional, relational, physical, and cognitive/noetic/spiritual dimensions of your experience. My approach is also enriched by an integrated blend of wisdom and methods derived from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and spiritual philosophies such as Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism and Shamanic traditions.

Practice description

How We Begin

Our journey starts with a free 20-minute discovery call, a quiet space where we can meet, sense into each other鈥檚 presence, and explore what brings you here. It鈥檚 an opportunity to reflect on your challenges, ask questions, and see whether the path we might walk together feels right for you.

The Work We Do

In our work together, we create a space where you can safely explore your inner world and examine the values, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life. I will support you in reconnecting with your felt sense of meaning, not only as an abstract idea but as something lived, embodied, and actionable. This may involve strengthening your capacity for self-awareness, developing the courage to act from your authentic centre, and clarifying what truly matters to you.

We鈥檒l begin by identifying what truly moves you. Together, we explore your personal questions to Life, your longing for authenticity, and your deeper sense of calling, beyond the noise of external demands or internalised pressure. We distinguish between mere wishes and an embodied will grounded in inner consent, freedom, and responsibility

We look into what you feel pulled towards in Life. We therefore explore the fundamental motivations of a meaningful existence by asking questions like: Are you called to? Would you like to? Can you do it? Are you allowed to?

Working with existential analysis and logotherapy, and approaches grounded in neuroscience, cognitive therapy, and integrative methods that include somatic awareness and spiritual philosophies such as Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism and Shamanic traditions, we鈥檒l bring together body, mind, and spirit, allowing meaning to emerge and be felt, not just thought.

This holistic and person-centred orientation allows us to work with emotional, cognitive, relational, and spiritual dimensions of your experience.

My first session

Our first session is a gentle starting point, a space where you are invited to speak freely and begin making sense of what brings you here. Rather than rushing into techniques or solutions, we take time to explore the landscape of your experience: what feels difficult, what feels missing, and what deeply matters to you.

We may look at the questions that are quietly shaping your life - around purpose, freedom, connection, authenticity, or the will to act - and begin uncovering how these show up in your current challenges. You鈥檒l have the opportunity to share as much or as little as feels right, and I鈥檒l listen with care and without judgement.

This first session also helps us establish whether we feel this is the right working relationship. I鈥檒l offer reflections and perhaps a few guiding questions, but primarily I鈥檒l hold the space for you to begin listening inward to what your discomfort may be pointing toward, and to what values may be calling you.

Whether you're seeking clarity, purpose, or a deeper sense of direction, our initial conversation begins the process of learning to connect with yourself in a meaningful and grounded way.

About me and my therapy practice

Transformation begins with awareness, the kind that emerges not from fixing, but from deeply listening to what is already present within. Then it develops by expanding the horizon of understanding and unveiling new possibilities. The heart of my work lies in supporting people to reconnect with themselves in ways that are grounded, embodied, and profoundly human, and then strengthen and explore the fundamental motivations of their existence that lead to authentic choices and a life lived with inner consent.

My sessions are a fine-tuned integration of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and experiential realities, encompassing existential analysis and logotherapy, neurobiology, embodied trauma therapy, cognitive and behavioural therapy, constellation and systems therapy, somatic therapy, breathwork and altered states of consciousness, internal family systems therapy (IFS), non-violent communication (NVC) and spiritual tenets of non-dual teachings from Tibetan Buddhism and Classical Kashmir Shaivism.

The therapeutic journey is one of phenomenological exploration. It involves delving into feelings and experiencing bodily sensations, perceptions, values, and meaning. It includes biographical work and compassionate inquiry designed to help you transcend perceptual distortions, fixations, dysregulation, and trauma. This path ultimately guides you toward your authentic values and life purposes.

Going beyond mere verbal processes, the integration of somatic therapy and elements of both modern and ancient philosophies deepens the therapeutic experience. This approach recognises and leverages the interconnectedness of mind, heart, body, and the world. It emphasises the cultivation of embodied inner awareness, mindfulness and balance, offering a holistic path to healing and self-discovery.

Practice description

Discovery: Our journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call, offering us the opportunity to experience each other鈥檚 presence, learn about your challenges, and to explore the potential of our collaboration in service to your healing.

Content: In our work together, I will guide you through an in-depth exploration of existential themes that are central to understanding your experience. We鈥檒l start by examining the concepts of safety and belonging, exploring how they shape your perception of yourself and your place in the world. By reflecting on these elements, we can better understand how they influence your sense of security and connection in various aspects of life. We鈥檒l also delve into your core values and how they impact your relationships, self-worth, and overall enjoyment of life. This will involve a close look at how these values manifest in your interactions with others and your sense of fulfilment.

As we progress, we鈥檒l focus on the pursuit of authenticity and the search for purpose and meaning in your daily existence. We鈥檒l explore how these existential questions affect your choices and aspirations, helping you align more closely with your true self. Our discussions will consider how your embodied experiences (that is, your physical sensations and emotional responses) reflect deeper aspects of your existential journey. By integrating a philosophical perspective on these themes with an understanding of relational dynamics, I aim to support you in navigating the complexities of modern life with greater clarity and intention.

Together, we鈥檒l also address how you can cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in your life, ensuring that your actions and decisions resonate with your core beliefs and values. This integrative approach is designed to help you find a balance between personal fulfilment and relational harmony, guiding you towards a more profound and authentic engagement with your life鈥檚 journey.

My first session

In our first session, we'll begin by establishing a safe and empathetic space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. This initial meeting serves as an introduction to our work together, allowing us to explore the themes that are central to your experience, such as safety, belonging, authenticity, freedom, self-value, and purpose. I will listen attentively to understand the challenges you're facing and the values that shape your perspective on life. We鈥檒l discuss the existential questions that might be at the core of your struggles, considering how they manifest in your relationships, sense of self-worth, and day-to-day choices. Our conversation will gently guide you through an exploration of how your embodied experiences (your physical sensations, emotions, and responses) might reflect deeper currents of your life鈥檚 journey. This first session is both a starting point and a collaborative inquiry, where we lay the foundation for a therapeutic relationship built on trust, understanding, and a shared commitment to your healing and growth. Here, we set the stage for an integrative approach that aligns with your personal values and life goals, aiming to bring more clarity, authenticity, functionality, and purpose to your path forward.

About me and my therapy practice

Reclaiming Your Sense of Self.

Many of us carry quiet burdens like low self-esteem, self-doubt, co-dependency, the constant fear of rejection, or the pressure to be someone we鈥檙e not. You might find yourself pleasing others at your own expense, hesitating to speak your truth, or feeling overwhelmed by criticism, mistrust, or the lingering effects of abuse and emotional neglect.

These patterns are not signs of weakness. They鈥檙e signs of survival, of strategies we learned to protect ourselves in the face of fragile boundaries, abandonment, or not being fully seen. But over time, they begin to shrink us. We lose touch with our authenticity, with what we truly value, with our capacity to live freely and relate meaningfully.

My therapeutic work is dedicated to supporting people in strengthening the person, restoring contact with their self-worth, dignity, and the quiet authority of their own inner truth. Drawing from a rich integration of existential analysis & logotherapy, somatic therapy, neuroscience, constellation work, IFS, NVC, and spiritual teachings including Tibetan Buddhism and Kashmir Shaivism, I offer a space where your experiences can be explored without judgment, and where healing begins through connection.

Together, we work to rebuild your self-awareness, develop self-distancing (the ability to reflect without collapsing into automatic patterns), and foster self-acceptance. You may begin to grieve what was lost, feel what was never allowed, and forgive what no longer needs to define you. Slowly, a deeper sense of centredness emerges, an empowered self, capable of acting from felt values and moving through life with more clarity, authenticity, and inner consent.

This isn鈥檛 about becoming someone new. It鈥檚 about returning to who you are, stronger, softer, and finally at grounded in your own being.

Practice description

Discovery: Our journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call, offering us the opportunity to experience each other鈥檚 presence, learn about your challenges, and to explore the potential of our collaboration in service to your healing.

Content: In our work together, we begin by gently exploring how your early experiences shaped your sense of safety, belonging, and self-worth. We look at how the fear of rejection, abandonment, insufficiency, or being criticised may still echo in your present life, influencing how you perceive yourself, set boundaries, and respond to the world around you.

This isn鈥檛 about analysing you from the outside, but about helping you to return to yourself, to reconnect with what matters most at your core. Together, we reflect on your values, the ways you may have learned to hide or adapt them, and how this has affected your confidence, relationships, and capacity to feel seen. Through this, we begin to strengthen your sense of inner authority, your ability to choose, to act, and to relate from a place of empowerment, dignity and authenticity.

As the process deepens, we explore existential questions of inner integrity, acceptance, character values, and meaning. You may begin to notice where you have been living out of habit or fear, and what it means to live in alignment with your felt values. Our sessions might include attention to embodied experiences, how emotions live in the body, and how deeper shifts come not just from thinking differently, but from feeling safely reconnected to yourself.

This is a space for self-discovery, for grieving and forgiving, and for welcoming the person you are becoming. The goal isn鈥檛 perfection, but presence, a fuller, freer relationship with yourself and others, rooted in respect, conscience, and a reclaimed sense of personal worth.

My first session

Our first session is a gentle beginning. It鈥檚 a chance for us to meet in a safe, respectful space where you can share what brings you here, at your own pace. You might be carrying feelings of self-doubt, fear of being judged, or patterns of pleasing others that leave you feeling lost or overwhelmed. This session offers space for those experiences to be named and heard.

We鈥檒l take time to explore the key themes that shape your life, your sense of safety, belonging, self-worth, and how you relate to yourself and others. I鈥檒l listen with care to understand your struggles, as well as the values and hopes that sit beneath them. We may begin to notice how emotional tension or confusion shows up in your body, how past experiences have shaped your perceptions, boundaries, and coping strategies, or how the fear of being rejected still plays out in relationships today.

Rather than focusing only on problems, we also explore the deeper questions underneath, questions of meaning, purpose, and what it means to live more fully as yourself.

This first session is not an assessment, but the beginning of a conversation, one where you are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Together, we begin to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, helping you to move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and a stronger connection to your own values and voice.

About me and my therapy practice

Relationships, Family, Sexuality.

Identity, relationships, intimacy, and meaning sit at the core of our human experience. Whether you're looking for someone to build a fulfilling partnership with, are navigating a challenging phase in your existing relationship, feel curious about your gender or sexual identity, are exploring open or polyamorous dynamics, or are seeking a deeper spiritual connection, therapy can offer a grounding space to pause, reflect, realign and heal.

Rooted in existential analysis and logotherapy, my work supports individuals, couples, and other relationship constellations in discovering what truly matters to them. Together, we explore not just how to feel better, but how to live more meaningfully: how to love, relate, and express yourself in alignment with your values, desires and inner truth.

Drawing from a wide range of psychology sciences, neurobiology, embodied trauma therapy, somatic approaches, and altered states of consciousness, I work holistically attuning to the emotional, relational, physical, and cognitive/noetic/spiritual dimensions of your experience. My approach is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and wisdom traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism and Shamanic Traditions.

I offer support with a wide range of themes including marital and couples counselling, family dynamics, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, sexuality, sacred intimacy, and spiritual dimensions. These areas are often entangled with deeper existential questions: Who am I? What do I want from love, from Life? Where do I belong? Why do I want a relationship?

Therapy doesn鈥檛 offer quick fixes, but it can be a profound process of coming home to yourself. It can help you build relationships grounded in authenticity, navigate life鈥檚 complexities with more ease, expand your horizon of possibilities, and connect to a deeper sense of purpose.

You don鈥檛 have to have it all figured out. You only need the willingness to begin.

In our sessions, whether you come alone or with your partner(s), we explore the deeper terrain of your life and relationships, not just to understand what is happening, but to ask why, and what it all means to you.

We begin by grounding in the essential human needs of safety, connection, and belonging - how these have formed in your early life and how they now show up in your relationships, your sexuality, and your sense of identity. Whether you're exploring possibilities to deepen your already wonderful relationship, address challenges like marital tensions, infidelity, sexual disconnect, or want to learn to better navigate polyamory, open relating, fetishes and kinks, dominance/submission power dynamics, and gender identity/LGBTQ+ themes, we look beneath the surface to the values, longings, fantasises, beliefs, and unmet needs that shape your inner and relational world.

As the work deepens, we engage with authenticity, meaning, and intimacy. We explore questions like: How can I be fully myself in relationship? What kind of love or connection am I really seeking? What parts of me are asking to be seen, heard, and integrated?

This process is reflective, embodied, and relational. We attend not only to thoughts and stories, but to your nervous system, your emotional rhythms, and your body's wisdom. Drawing from existential inquiry, somatic practices, and relational awareness, we begin to untangle the patterns that keep you distant from yourself and others.

Ultimately, this work invites you into a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling way of living and loving, with yourself, your partner(s), and the world around you.

My first session

The first session is a gentle beginning, a chance for us to meet, get to know each other, and begin to understand what brings you to therapy.

Whether you come as an individual, a couple, or in an other relationship constellation, this initial conversation is guided by curiosity, openness, and deep consideration. You don鈥檛 need to prepare anything specific, and there鈥檚 no pressure to dive into the deepest parts of your story right away. We go at your pace.

For individuals, we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 happening in your life right now, what feels stuck, painful, confusing, or unresolved. I may ask about your relationships, your emotional world, your background, and what you hope to shift or explore. We might begin to uncover patterns, needs, and unspoken longings that shape your experience.

For couples and other relationship settings, the first session is a space for the partners to be heard without judgment. We鈥檒l look at what鈥檚 working, what鈥檚 not, and what each of you longs for in the relationship. I hold space for the dynamics between you, helping all voices to feel included. We may begin to identify cycles of conflict or disconnection, and explore how communication, intimacy, and trust can be rebuilt.

Throughout, my role is not to analyse or 鈥渇ix鈥 you, but to accompany you in discovering your own clarity, strength, and truth. The session may include gentle somatic awareness, reflective questions, or moments of silence to feel more deeply into what鈥檚 present.

By the end of our first meeting, we鈥檒l have a sense of whether we鈥檙e a good fit to work together. If we choose to continue, we鈥檒l begin shaping a direction for the journey ahead, always grounded in what feels most meaningful and supportive for you.
