About me and my therapy practice
Online/Phone counselling (UK-wide) and walk and talk therapy in Brighton & Hove
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or simply feeling stuck, do get in touch.
I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace.
Sessions take place online and by phone (UK wide) or face to face via individual walk and talk therapy in locations across Brighton and Hove.
A warm, collaborative approach
As an integrative counsellor I use a range of therapeutic techniques. Together, we can explore unhelpful, and often unconscious, patterns of behaviour that may be affecting your day-to-day life. Through greater self-awareness, we can make more conscious choices and develop tools to move forward with clarity.
Walk and talk therapy
I'm passionate about walk and talk therapy and the role that nature can play in supporting mental wellbeing. Many clients find that being outside helps them feel more at ease when discussing difficult thoughts and emotions — especially those experiencing anxiety.
About me
I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´). Alongside my private practice, I work part-time for a charity, supporting a wide range of clients — from teenagers navigating school stress, to older adults adjusting to life transitions.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent over a decade supporting student wellbeing in universities, colleges, and schools. This background has given me valuable insight into the challenges people face across different life stages.
