About me and my therapy practice
I offer a supportive, reflective space for your journey of self-discovery and change. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, my approach is shaped by over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry, where storytelling — rich in complexity, transformation, and human truth — was at the heart of my work. This background deepened my understanding of unconscious drives, emotional expression, and the powerful role of the ‘shadow’ in shaping behaviour. It also honed my ability to listen deeply, including to what isn’t said.
Practice description
I take a personalised, holistic approach to therapy — one that honours your individual experience. Whether you’re navigating depression, stress, anger, shame, or anxiety, we’ll work together to explore the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Our sessions will support you in making sense of your internal world, reflecting on meaning and purpose, and building a more connected and compassionate relationship with yourself.

My first session
Our first session will be a full assessment. This is an opportunity for me to get to know you, your background, and to begin understanding the concerns you'd like to explore. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and to see if you feel comfortable moving forward together — essentially, to see if we’re a good fit.
I don’t offer brief introductory calls, as I find they don’t provide enough time or depth to meaningfully explore whether our work together would be beneficial. A full assessment session is the best way for us to begin that process with the thoughtfulness it deserves.
