Much of life鈥檚 struggles are hidden, as we try our best to suppress and keep pushing forward without realising the long-term impact of living life in survival mode. I help clients move from reactivity to clarity, by giving them the space to understand their 鈥渨hy鈥 and develop tools for practical growth and healing. 锘匡豢
I believe that you get out of therapy what you are willing to put in, and personal commitment together with professional insight creates a solid foundation to strengthen self-awareness. Many of my clients experience a sense of reassurance following our first meeting. You are not broken, you are just in need of a safe space to be seen and heard.
