About me and my therapy practice
With over 25 years of experience as a Holistic Therapist and now as a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of challenges — from anxiety and relationship difficulties to more complex or traumatic life experiences.
I work with adults, couples, and young people, offering a safe, confidential space where we can explore whatever is going on for you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to help you navigate that journey.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different counselling methods — including Client-Centred and Psychodynamic Therapy — to tailor our work together in a way that best suits your unique needs and goals. I offer both short-term and long-term support, depending on what feels right for you.
Our sessions are always client-led. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — to listen, reflect, and help you make sense of your past and present, so you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and peace.
If you’d like to find out more or book a consultation call, please feel free to get in touch by email. I look forward to connecting with you.
