About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to psychotherapy, where I provide a supportive, confidential space designed to help you navigate emotional challenges.
My approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that our sessions focus on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes of the difficulties you're facing, helping you gain clarity, reduce stress, and move forward with greater confidence.
I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Common issues include anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, disordered eating, low mood, and concerns around identity and belonging.
Whether you're dealing with stress from everyday life or navigating more complex emotional difficulties, I'm here to support you. Our sessions are collaborative and flexible. While we primarily engage in conversation, we may also incorporate techniques like breath-work, visualization, or creative exercises, depending on what feels right for you.
I offer both short-term, focused therapy and longer-term, in-depth support. I am trained at Psychosynthesis Trust and Re-Vision, and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Âé¶¹Ô´´) and the Black, African, and Asian Therapy Network.
I adhere to the Âé¶¹Ô´´ code of ethics, ensuring a professional and compassionate approach to your well-being.
Practice description
I practice in Peckham, Caya therapy. I am also available online. My private practice is small, so that I can focus on the work with you with full presence.
My first session
How we start.
If you feel called to reach out to me, I offer a free intro phone call. If you wish to proceed, then we meet in an initial session that is a 55 minute session, where it is a chance for us both to understand the work more; where I ask a broad range of questions so that I may gain an understanding of holistic perspective of you.
