About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel disconnected, anxious, and unsure about who you really are?

Are your relationships with other people difficult or confusing?

As an experienced dual qualified Psychotherapist and Coach, I work with people who are struggling with all kinds of relationships – friendships, partners, family members, including adult children, or colleagues. As humans we are built for relational connection, yet so many of us find them hard to manage and a regular source of stress.

I can help you explore what may be getting in the way of your efforts to sustain connections in the way you would like and find a way forward that feels more manageable.

I have a particular interest in –

• Relationships, particularly family conflict and estrangement

• ADHD and other co-occurring neurodivergence, including tics, or Tourette’s

• Men's mental health and emotional reconnection

• Life transitions - first-time parent, divorce, empty nest, redundancy, or retirement

• Identity, anxiety, self esteem, anger, and burnout

Practice description

It’s important to me that you feel safe to bring all of yourself to therapy, without fear of judgement or misunderstanding. I work in a way that meets your unique needs and preferences.

I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment and systemic ideas to explore how you developed your sense of self, and I draw on aspects of somatic, coaching or creative approaches to help you find a way back to who you really are.

I have a strong background in somatic work and this permeates the way I like to work. I am trauma informed and everything I draw on in my practice is adapted to be neurodivergent friendly and affirming. I don’t deliver cookie cutter scripts or approaches, and I never assume - I’ll explore what works for you as an individual.

I offer both Therapy and Coaching, either separately or integrated in the form of Therapeutic Coaching.

I hold an LLB (Law) from The London School of Economics, and a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, as well as a Diploma in Yoga Therapy. I am a certified Strategic Life Coach and an ADHD and Neurodiversity Coach.

I am also a member of the Universal Coaching Alliance, the Association for Coaching, and the Â鶹ԭ´´ Coaching Division.
