About me and my therapy practice
I am an approachable humanistic integrative psychotherapist specialising in addiction, mood disorders, family of origin complexities.
As a 50 something year old man, I have personal experience of recovery, family life, a corporate and business career (both large companies and entrepreneurship)
Furthermore, I offer the option of walking therapy in the countryside on private land.
Practice description
My practice is a discreet private location outside of Godalming, Surrey.
My location is quiet and safe with private parking.
I also work remotely on Zoom.
My first session
We usually speak on the telephone or Zoom for a free 20 minute consultation to determine whether the fit is right for you.
The first session encompasses a thorough assessment including your personal history and reasons for attending psychotherapy. .
I offer the choice of a double session to start the therapeutic process in the first appointment.
