Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or want to work on something specific, I am trained and skilled to help with issues such as anxiety, stress, worry, depression, anger, relationship problems, OCD, low self-esteem, or insomnia. In therapy, you will be treated with compassion, warmth, acceptance, and respect.
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a COSCA validated Scotacs Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÂé¶¹Ô´´).
