I will help you cope with the problems and challenges life brings, so you can reach your full potential and overcome your difficulties.

Practice description

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or want to work on something specific, I am trained and skilled to help with issues such as anxiety, stress, worry, depression, anger, relationship problems, OCD, low self-esteem, or insomnia. In therapy, you will be treated with compassion, warmth, acceptance, and respect.

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a COSCA validated Scotacs Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÂé¶¹Ô­´´).

My first session

I offer in-person therapy sessions in a quiet and calm environment in Glasgow, Clarkston or East Kilbride, or online video sessions or a combination of both. Sessions last 50 minutes.

Understanding your problems and knowing you are not alone or different in what you are experiencing can bring a sense of relief.
