About me and my therapy practice

I am a fertility and reproductive trauma counsellor offering therapy in Edinburgh and online across the UK. I support women and couples navigating IVF, miscarriages, baby loss, birth trauma and emotional challenges around fertility and parenthood.

Are you pretending to cope on the outside, while internally struggling to survive an incredibly overwhelming time? Perhaps no one around you truly understands what you are going through. When navigating reproductive challenges or trauma, the isolation can feel absolute.

I help women, partners, and couples step out of emotional burnout, process medical grief, and regain a deep sense of nervous system safety and stability.

My specialised training and professional body registrations include:

  • Registered Member of the Â鶹ԭ´´ (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
  • Registered Member of BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association)
  • Foundation Training with the Foundation for Infant Loss

Practice description

I provide a safe, trauma-informed sanctuary from my practice at 22 Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh, as well as secure online therapy across the UK. I offer elite, dedicated care for individuals and couples navigating:

  • Fertility Journeys: IVF pacing, donor conception choices, and treatment anxiety.
  • Reproductive Loss: Miscarriage, recurrent loss, and baby loss support.
  • Perinatal Transitions: Birth trauma, postnatal depression, and identity shifts.
  • Somatic Health: The emotional toll of endometriosis, PCOS, and autoimmune illness.

Specialised Support Pathways:

  • 1-to-1 Counselling: Online or in person
  • Couples Therapy: Deep, relational containment tailored to your partnership
  • Therapeutic Fertility Groups: Small, intimate weekly cohorts (4–6 women maximum) designed to restore community connection. Please reach out to join my upcoming waitlist

My first session

Taking the first step should never feel overwhelming. I intentionally keep my onboarding path entirely friction-free:

Step 1: Free 10-Minute Call. A gentle, zero-pressure space to connect, talk through what is bringing you to therapy, and see if we are the right fit.

Step 2: Initial Consultation. A dedicated space where I take time to hear your story in depth and map out our therapeutic framework.

Step 3: Weekly or Fortnightly Containment. Working typically in reviewable blocks of 12 sessions.
