About me and my therapy practice
Integrative Psychotherapist - Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges
Life brings its share of challenges. While we often navigate these effectively, there are times when we feel disconnected from ourselves and the inner strength we once relied on. Not knowing how to overcome our difficulties can feel isolating, making it hard to reach out - even to those closest to us.
This is where I can step in to support you. Whether you’re looking to address a specific issue or feel stuck and unsure of the cause, therapy offers a safe and compassionate space to explore, understand, and heal.
If you'd like to find out if I'm the right therapist for you please get in touch by email or leave a voicemail.

How I Can Help
I work with clients on a wide range of issues including:
Anxiety & Depression - Experiencing anxiety or depression can feel overwhelming and isolating, affecting your thoughts, emotions, and how you engage with the world. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences, be truly heard, and develop tools to manage daily life.
Relationships – Feeling alone in a relationship can be deeply painful. Whether you're struggling with disconnection, conflict, or uncertainty about the future, we can explore your feelings and work toward clarity and understanding.
Trauma – Past or ongoing trauma can have lasting effects on how you see yourself and relate to others. Whether you're ready to process past experiences or navigating challenges in the present, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to your needs, helping you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
Practice description
My Approach. I incorporate psychotherapy with techniques from coaching. By combining traditional therapy with elements of coaching I can help you look not only at where you are now and how you got to this point, but crucially, I can also help you move towards the changes you want to experience.
I have an interest in mind-body connection, especially in relation to trauma/PTSD, and am a trained Lifespan Integration Therapist (see 'further information' below for details). I also use breathwork and mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate self-awareness, regulate, and live in the present moment.
Getting in touch. There's no obligation - just email, or call me, to introduce yourself. We can arrange a time to talk. This initial call is free. You'll tell me a little about yourself and what you need from counselling. This is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how it feels to talk with me. If you feel comfortable talking to me, we can arrange your first session.

Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI) by-passes the language centres of the brain to work on actual memories and neural networks. Because of this fact the LI therapist is able to discretely, gently and above all, safely, work in the areas of the right brain that hold the memories and programming, from our past experiences ( LI is performed without the use of any devices, without touching and is not hypnosis).
Once the negative memories are resolved the original neural networks can resume their jobs without the interference that was previously present.
With LI the parts of your life that don't make sense are quickly traced back to their historical origins and resolved; quickly and efficiently. What you notice is that these behaviours simply no longer occur and that the situations that used to trigger uncomfortable emotions simply don't anymore. The difficult work is done by your brain doing what it was, in many ways, designed to be able to do.
The walls of protection that were erected make sense only in relation to the negative events that occurred in the past. They are no longer relevant, but sadly, they continue to shape our lives and behaviours. There are plenty of theories as to why these vestiges of our past continue to haunt us so. What really matters is that it is possible to resolve these issues from the past. We can live more in the present. We can make choices that reflect the "us" we truly are now.
