About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Lucia.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big and sometimes uncertain step, and that’s completely okay. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. My role is to offer a calm, understanding space where you can start to make sense of things, at your own pace.
As your therapist, I will remind you of your strengths when you're being hard on yourself, invite you to meet your inner critic with gentleness, help you explore the past to understand your present and encourage new perspectives and self-care.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your world, whether it’s relational anxiety, low self-esteem, self-doubt, or something you can’t quite name yet. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I draw from different therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs. Sometimes that means looking at the past to understand current patterns; other times, it’s about focusing on what’s unfolding for you right now and how you might move forward. My aim is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and feel more grounded and empowered in yourself and your relationships.
I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, disability, and race, and I strive to create a space where all parts of who you are are welcomed and respected.
Sessions are held online or face-to-face in Madrid, offering flexibility and privacy, and usually take place weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes.
If you’re curious about therapy or wondering whether we’d be a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch. Sometimes that first message is the hardest part, but it can also be the start of real change.
