About me and my therapy practice
I work with individual adults and couples.
Individual Therapy
When life’s struggles feel overwhelming, coming to therapy can help you explore your feelings and find your way forward.
I am an Integrative Relational Counsellor, which means I have training in various approaches, enabling me to tailor our work together specifically to you.
I offer a service that affirms difference, is non-judgmental, and is embedded in an anti-discrimination approach. I am an ally of the LGBTQ community. By working together, we can create a safe and confidential space to explore whatever may be on your mind, in your own time. I believe that trust is central to building a successful therapeutic relationship.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship struggles.
Couples Therapy
I support couples to work out what their familiar patterns are and how to move forward.
Are you having trouble in your relationship? You love each other, but something has to change. Do you struggle to communicate with each other? What needs to be said that you've been holding back? Is there anger and resentment? Are you possibly feeling ready to separate and need a space to explore those feelings?
There are many reasons couples come into therapy, and I will support you in exploring what may be underlying and help you move towards a solution.
Practice description
I have a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Relational Counselling (first class honours) from Middlesex University and a Level 5 CPCAB diploma in Couples and Relationship Therapy.
I am a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´ (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with its ethical guidelines.
I have experience both within the NHS and other agencies.
I work both online or face to face from my office, close to Epsom train station. There are good transport links to Cheam, Sutton, Banstead, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Chessington and Tadworth.
