About me and my therapy practice
Helping you understand yourself and find calm within anxiety
Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or overthinking - knowing what you want, but feeling something keeps getting in the way?
Anxiety can show up in so many forms: tension in the body, racing thoughts, or that quiet voice that questions whether you’re good enough. It can leave you feeling on edge or disconnected from who you really are.
Practice description
In our sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface, making sense of your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and compassion. My relational, person-centred approach offers a calm, non-judgemental space where you can be fully heard and accepted, just as you are.
Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected - developing a kinder relationship with yourself and finding steadier ways to respond when life feels overwhelming.
I also have experience offering counselling within an NHS GP surgery, supporting adults with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and relationship difficulties.

I offer an inclusive and affirming space for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and neurotypes. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video chat to help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you - no pressure or commitment.
