About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults (including ADHD & autism) trauma and complex PTSD, as well as clients from all backgrounds, offering a compassionate, inclusive space tailored to your unique needs.
Practice description
I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism (ASD), and trauma, while also supporting clients from all backgrounds who may be facing a range of emotional or relational challenges. My focus is on creating a compassionate and understanding space where your experiences are valued, and therapy is shaped around what you truly need.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of approaches to help you navigate difficulties, build resilience, and develop self-acceptance. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood — together, we work to find clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
I often use creative and flexible methods to support expression in ways that feel most natural and meaningful, always within a safe and non-judgemental environment.
If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can explore how we might work together and begin your journey toward authentic wellbeing.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute initial telephone consultation, giving us a chance to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide to proceed, I will send a self-referral form via email to complete, after which we can arrange a suitable time and date for your therapy sessions.
Before our first session, an online assessment form will be sent to gather important information about you, helping me support you as effectively as possible.
The first session is focused on getting to know each other, understanding what has brought you to therapy, setting goals and a timeframe, and beginning to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.
