About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative and relational psychotherapist with master's degrees in psychotherapy and eurythmy movement therapy. I specialise in somatic therapy - working with the body's role in holding and releasing trauma - and approach health holistically, taking into account the whole person: body, soul, mind, and spirit.

Working with me, you can expect a quiet, unhurried space where you are met with care and without judgement - not just your presenting difficulties, but all of who you are.

My aim is to support you in moving from feeling weighed down or at the mercy of circumstances, towards a greater sense of autonomy - feeling more grounded, more yourself, and more able to live life on your own terms.

Practice description

Mondays and Tuesdays: Rowan Tree Centre for Health, 17 Stoke Hill, Bristol BS9 1JN

Fridays: Practice Rooms Cotham (BS6 6JY) and Clifton (BS8 1LR)
