About me and my therapy practice
About me and my therapy practice
Are you successful on the outside but struggling with anxiety underneath? Maybe you're constantly overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or sensing that something needs to change but not knowing what.
I work with high-functioning adults who want to understand what their anxiety is really telling them - so they can build genuine confidence, trust themselves more deeply, and create a life that actually fits who they are. I blend evidence-based therapy with practical life coaching, helping you move from anxiety-driven patterns to authentic, self-led living.
My approach is warm, collaborative and down-to-earth. I understand what it's like to appear successful while feeling stuck or disconnected underneath. We won't just manage your symptoms - we'll explore what's beneath them and often discover your anxiety is pointing toward important changes you need to make.
I draw on neuroscience education, CBT, ACT and parts-based approaches through my Self-Led Lifeâ„¢ framework. Whether you're struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, work stress, or simply feeling "there must be more than this," we'll help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Many clients come for anxiety support and leave having transformed their careers, relationships, or life direction. That's not a side effect - that's often what happens when we address what anxiety is really about.
Practice description
Starting therapy with me:
1. Initial contact - Email me with a brief overview of what's going on. I'll confirm availability and arrange a free consultation.
2. Free 15-minute phone consultation - A relaxed chat to see if we're a good fit. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy and explain how I work.
3. Assessment session (£85 for 60 minutes) - We explore your story and what you'd like support with. You'll experience how I work and decide if it feels right. No pressure to continue.
4. First three sessions (£255) - If you continue, these are booked together. We deepen our understanding and clarify your focus areas. We review progress after session three.
5. Ongoing sessions - Booked in blocks of five, payable in advance. Most clients attend 15-20 sessions total. We start weekly, often moving to fortnightly as work progresses.
Many clients begin focused on anxiety management and discover they're ready for deeper life changes. Whether you need short-term support or longer-term transformation, we'll regularly review what feels right for you.
My first session
This is your chance to pause and begin looking inward. We’ll take time to explore what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping to get from the process. You don’t need to have it all figured out , just a willingness to start the conversation.
Together, we’ll begin a shared assessment to help us both understand what’s going on beneath the surface. This helps you reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and where you'd like things to feel different. We’ll also start to shape your goals and, where helpful, I’ll offer practical tools you can begin using straight away.
Therapeutic coaching creates space to be seen and heard in a new way. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, the first session is a chance to immerse yourself in the process and see how it feels.
You’ll leave feeling welcomed, supported, and clearer about what we’ll focus on together.
Some clients come for short-term focused support, while others stay longer term to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change. It’s always your choice, and we will regularly review what feels right for you.

I support adults aged 18 and over who may be functioning well on the outside but feel something isn’t quite right underneath — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, people-pleasing, or a sense that life could feel more meaningful. Many of my clients are looking to understand themselves better, feel more in control of their emotions, and create more balance or purpose in their lives.
I don’t currently work with couples, and my work isn’t suitable for those experiencing severe or complex trauma, serious mental health difficulties, or active suicidal thoughts. If you’re looking for that kind of support, I’d recommend working with a specialist trauma therapist or contacting a crisis service for more immediate help.
