I currently have a small number of reduced-fee spaces available for online counselling at £35 per session for the first 8 sessions (usual fee £60). Online sessions take place via a video link, enabling us to work together face-to-face, offering flexibility and the convenience of joining from your own space. (I can provide support with any technical setup).
I offer sessions Monday to Saturday, with flexible daytime and evening availability.
I work with Teenagers (13+) and Adults.
Whether you have a clear concern or just feel overwhelmed, counselling can provide a supportive space to talk things through, better understand yourself and find a way forward.

About me and my therapy practice
• I am a Âé¶¹Ô´´ registered counsellor and I specialise in Person-Centred Counselling (Humanistic approach).
• I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever feels important to you.
• I am qualified and experienced in supporting Young People (13–18 years) as well as Adults of all ages.
• I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• I'm committed to safe, ethical and effective practice through regular clinical supervision and ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• In addition to my private practice, I also work as a Counsellor in a Secondary school, a GP practice and the Non-Profit sector.
Practice description
I offer:
• Face-to-face sessions in a private setting.
• Online sessions via video, enabling us to work together face-to-face, offering flexibility and the convenience of joining from your own space. (I can provide support with any technical setup).
• Walk and talk therapy in local parks, offering a relaxed, informal way to talk while walking in nature.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute initial online or telephone session. This provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions and share a little about what brings you to counselling.
There is no obligation to continue. The session is a gentle introduction and a chance for us to see whether working together feels comfortable and supportive.
If you choose to continue, your first full counselling session will be 60 minutes, allowing more time to settle in and begin exploring what you would like to focus on.
