About me and my therapy practice
Navigating life can be difficult. Sometimes we’re not even aware of how much energy we are putting into just getting through the day, that wading through treacle feeling taking everything we have to just get by. On top of this, the challenges and distressing experiences that can occur as part of life can all seem too much.
We may develop strategies to cope with what we find overwhelming, trying to find a way to bring peace and calm only to find that the behaviours associated with these can begin to either limit how we live our lives or become destructive. We can also begin to feel powerless to change these ways of coping that once seemed to work.
I offer a space to begin to explore and make sense of your experience and where it has brought you so that you begin to consider what change might look and feel like for you.
I am both neurodiversity and trauma informed and this very much shapes my practice.
