About me and my therapy practice

You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or like you don鈥檛 quite fit, even when things look 鈥渇ine鈥 on the outside. You may feel anxious, unmotivated, or unsure of who you are and what you need - and long to feel calmer, clearer and more at home in yourself.

I work with neurodivergent and creative women, and those who identify as female, who feel deeply, process differently and often struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, perfectionism or a sense of being a 鈥渟quare peg in a round hole鈥.

As a counsellor, psychotherapist and certified life coach, I offer a supportive, reflective space to help you reconnect with yourself, develop self-acceptance and feel more grounded and resourced in your day-to-day life.

My work is rooted in nervous-system awareness and rhythm. Sessions move at a pace that respects your capacity, helping you gently reconnect with your emotional world, creativity and inner voice. This isn鈥檛 about fixing you - it鈥檚 about understanding yourself more deeply and learning to live in a way that honours who you are.

I am neurodivergent myself and have worked with many neurodivergent adults and children. Whether you are diagnosed, self-identifying or simply resonate with this way of working, you are welcome here.

Practice description

In our work together, sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

I integrate person-centred counselling with nervous-system awareness, reflective dialogue and practical exploration where helpful.

We may explore:

鈥 patterns in relationships

鈥 anxiety and overwhelm

鈥 boundaries and self-worth

鈥 identity, creativity and life transitions

I work at a pace that respects your capacity. Therapy can be open-ended or short-term, depending on your needs.

I offer a free initial consultation to see whether we feel like a good fit.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

We will explore what has brought you to therapy at this time, what you would like support with and any relevant background information. You are welcome to share at your own pace - there is no pressure to 鈥渢ell your whole story鈥 straight away.

I will ask some assessment questions to understand your current situation, including your wellbeing, support network and any risks, so that I can ensure therapy is safe and appropriate for you.

There will also be space for you to ask questions about how I work.

If we decide to continue, we can agree on a regular day and time for sessions.
