About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Amy, a fully qualified counsellor, with a passion for helping people with their mental health. I offer in-person sessions in the Solihull area and online or telephone sessions.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, supporting them through various mental health problems and difficult life experiences, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and relationship issues.

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore past experiences, current challenges, and future goals.

Practice description

I understand that reaching out for support can be a daunting step and it's not always easy to know where to begin.

In sessions, I aim to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, and talk openly about your thoughts and feelings.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to work through those difficult emotions, identify unhelpful patterns and explore some practical strategies to support your mental health - with the goal to make changes that last.

As an integrative counsellor, I take methods from different counselling approaches to suit you as an individual, recognising that your struggles and experiences are unique and adapting my approach to meet specific needs.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and I hold regular reviews to make sure we are working on what is most important to you.

All topics and emotions are welcome. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
