About me and my therapy practice

Hello and thank you for reading my profile. If you're seeking support for your mental wellbeing鈥攚hether you're healing from past trauma, facing a current challenge like depression or anxiety, or feeling uncertain at a crossroads in life鈥擨鈥檓 here to help. Together, we can create a space where you feel truly heard and supported, and where you can begin to reclaim your voice, rebuild your confidence, and step into your future with clarity and courage.

I am a warm and nurturing Counsellor, and my aim is to help you get what you need in therapy. I work with an integrative approach which means I have many techniques and frameworks which you can learn to use yourself for your future beyond counselling. Being integrated also means that I use a variety of different tools and modalities to fit your individual needs. I also have a vast experience working with adults and young people.

I provide a warm, kind, non-judgemental space for you to explore what may be going on for you whilst supporting you with proven developmental techniques to build your resilience and optimism.

Life can get on top of us sometimes, and before we know it, we can feel that we are 鈥榣ost in the waves鈥, not knowing when or if we will ever reach the shore. If this sounds familiar, I am here to offer a helping hand and show you that you are not on your own. My own journey through life鈥檚 challenges has led me to this work, to support others.

Through supporting individuals affected by childhood trauma and domestic abuse, I鈥檝e developed a strong understanding of how deeply these experiences can shape us.鈥

Therapy can help you by expanding your self-awareness, understanding how your past could be impacting your present and bringing hidden patterns to light.

Practice description

I currently offer face to face, online or telephone counselling sessions.  I also work from central officers within Stratford upon Avon or Warwick, offering sessions there for adults and children.

Options of weekly or two weekly sessions are available.  Sessions are 50-60 minutes long.

I have particular experience in working with children, with domestic abuse and neurodiverse clients, as well as cancer treatment and PTSD.

My first session

FREE initial 20 minute telephone consultation.  Your decision to seek therapy is a big step and your wellbeing and trust is of vital importance to me.

I would encourage you to speak to several counsellors to be sure you are happy with your choice.  If you would then like to continue, we can complete an assessment and agree the format for the rest of your sessions.
