I work with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, cultural identity, diversity, and trauma (childhood and other experiences) , and can help with other challenges. I specialise in individual and two-person therapy for romantic partners, colleagues, friends, or family members.

Do you feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed? These feelings can be signs of unprocessed emotions, which often build up over time and show up as:

  • Stress, self-doubt, or tension in relationships

When we meet, it is about you and your needs. I will offer an honest, gentle and direct approach whilst we create a confidential therapeutic environment together where you will feel free to be utterly yourself.

My style is adaptive, combining active listening, exploration, unconditional positive regard , empathy with appropriate gentle challenges when you are ready.

In our first session we will assess your needs, understand your background and explore how we can work together.
