Fertility Counselling

Struggling with fertility can be an incredibly isolating and emotionally complex experience. Whether you are trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments, navigating loss, or considering alternative paths to parenthood, you may find yourself facing a rollercoaster of emotions鈥攇rief, hope, frustration, anxiety, guilt, and longing, often all at once.

In my work as a counsellor, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore the emotional impact of fertility challenges. I understand that this journey is deeply personal and can affect not just your body, but your sense of identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as holistic and relational perspectives. I support clients in processing complex emotions, developing coping strategies, and making space for their grief and uncertainty鈥攚hile also gently nurturing resilience, hope, and self-compassion.

I have experience working with clients at all stages of the fertility journey, including:

鈥 IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive treatments

鈥 Donor conception and surrogacy

鈥 Fertility preservation (e.g., egg freezing)
