About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and Welcome.
I believe we are all different, with our own unique experiences in life - it is for this reason that I tailor my therapeutic approach to your individual needs, using an integrative and creative approach to counselling.
I am a fully qualified integrative and neurodiversity affirmative therapist. I approach therapeutic work with the understanding that Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other neuro-types are not flaws or disorders that need to be fixed or cured, but rather a neurological difference which means we think, process, and/or communicate differently to the neurotypical norm.
I work within a neurodiversity and trauma-informed framework, welcoming and celebrating diversity as well as individuality; enabling others to feel empowered with authenticity and inclusivity. I bring my professional and lived experience of neurodivergence into my work with clients and welcome every aspect of you.
I believe in the healing process of a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental relationship and provide a warm, trusting, and nurturing space for you to openly explore and express yourself in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you.
Together, and at your pace, we can start to make sense of your experiences, your world, and how you relate with yourself and others; enabling you to move forward in life feeling liberated and empowered with authenticity.
