I offer sessions seven days a week — with the exception of Tuesdays, my one day off. Whether you need an early morning slot, something after work, or a weekend appointment, I’ll do my best to find a time that fits around your life.
Sessions are 50 minutes, delivered online via Zoom or in person at my Edinburgh practice. I work with individuals and couples, on a private basis and through health insurance — I’m a recognised provider with Aviva, AXA Health, Bupa, and WPA.

*Please note that currently, I am seeing clients in person only in Edinburgh. I work with clients from the UK and around the world online via Zoom*
About me and my therapy practice
I became a therapist because of what therapy did for me. It gave me something I hadn’t expected — a real chance to feel happier, to worry less about what others thought of me, and to live more freely. That’s what I want to offer you.
My name is Constantinos, and I’m a Â鶹Դ´ Accredited Psychotherapist — which means I’ve met the highest professional standards set by the UK’s leading counselling body, giving you the assurance that you’re in safe, qualified hands.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Psychology and have over five years of clinical practice, working with more than 200 clients across more than 3,000 clinical hours. Many of my clients had never tried therapy before — and many others came having tried it elsewhere without finding the right fit. Whatever your starting point, you’re welcome here.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), drawing on other approaches where most helpful for you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, or perfectionism, we’ll work together to understand what’s driving it and find ways through it that actually last.
I see individuals and couples, and I offer sessions in both English and Greek — whichever feels most natural to you. Individual sessions are £75, and couples sessions are £90. For health insurance clients, fees are subject to provider agreements — just get in touc,h and I’ll confirm your rate.

Practice description
I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and collaborative — not something done to you, but something we work through together.
My priority in every session is to create a space where you feel heard and understood, including the thoughts and feelings that are hardest to put into words. We’ll use CBT as our foundation, adapting and integrating other evidence-based approaches depending on what you bring to sessions.
The goal is always meaningful, lasting change — not just symptom relief, but a clearer understanding of yourself and what’s been keeping you stuck.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before getting in touch. A brief message — even just a question — is enough to get things moving. Whatever you’re facing, we can navigate it together.
My first session
Before our first session, I’ll ask you to complete a short form and a therapeutic contract. This means that even from the very beginning, our work together is grounded in professional standards of conduct and ethics — and that our first conversation can be as productive as possible.
In the session itself, we’ll get to know each other. You’ll have the chance to share what’s brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get from it, and any questions you have about how I work. I’ll listen carefully and we’ll explore together whether this feels like the right fit.
From there, we can agree a regular schedule and begin working towards the goals that matter most to you.

About me and my therapy practice
I became a therapist because of what therapy did for me — and supervision is where I get to support others in doing that same meaningful work well. It’s a part of my practice I find genuinely rewarding.
My name is Constantinos, and I’m a Â鶹Դ´ Accredited Psychotherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Psychology and have over five years of clinical practice, working with more than 200 clients across more than 3,000 clinical hours. This breadth of experience informs the supervision I offer — I understand the challenges of client work from the inside.
My supervision approach is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, which allows us to explore your work from multiple perspectives — including client dynamics, your therapeutic interventions, the supervisory relationship itself, and your own professional development. Whether you’re newly qualified, building your practice, or an experienced therapist seeking a fresh perspective, supervision with me is tailored to where you are right now.
I offer supervision in both English and Greek. Sessions are £60 per hour.

Practice description
I believe supervision works best when it feels genuinely collaborative — a space where you can reflect openly on your work, explore challenges without judgement, and grow with confidence.
My priority is to create an environment where you feel safe to examine your practice honestly, including the cases and moments that feel most complex or uncertain. We’ll draw on evidence-based frameworks and reflective dialogue, with CBT at the core and integration of person-centred and attachment approaches where relevant.
Supervision with me isn’t just about case management — it’s about supporting you to become the practitioner you want to be, while maintaining safe and ethical practice throughout.
My first session
Our first supervision session is an opportunity to get to know each other and establish how we’ll work together. We’ll explore what you’re looking for from supervision, the strengths and challenges you bring, and how I can best support your development.
I’ll ask you to complete a short supervision agreement before we begin, so that our working relationship is grounded in clear professional boundaries and ethical standards from the outset.
From there, we’ll agree a regular schedule and begin building a supervision relationship that genuinely supports your practice.
