I offer online therapy throughout the UK, providing a private and comfortable space where you can take time to reflect, explore your experiences and focus on yourself.

I understand that finding time for therapy alongside work, family and everyday responsibilities can be challenging. I offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends, to help therapy fit around your life.

Online therapy allows you to access support from a place where you feel comfortable and secure, while still creating a meaningful connection between therapist and client.

Sometimes having a dedicated space to pause, be heard and reconnect with yourself can be the beginning of an important journey towards healing and growth.

About me and my therapy practice

Life can be difficult, and sometimes we reach a point where we realise that we do not want to continue carrying everything alone.

Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or uncertain about the direction your life is taking. Perhaps you are struggling with the impact of past experiences, relationship difficulties, loss, rejection, shame or a sense that you have lost touch with yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous step.

My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, emotions and the challenges you are facing. I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of what has happened, understand yourself more deeply and consider what you want for your future.

I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal and reconnect with themselves, even after difficult or painful experiences. Sometimes the parts of ourselves that feel most difficult to accept are the parts that most need understanding and compassion.

Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about creating the space to understand yourself, recognise your strengths and develop the confidence to make choices that feel right for you.

I work collaboratively, meaning we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, valued and more connected to yourself.

Practice description

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what will be most helpful for you and your individual circumstances.

I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. Each person brings their own history, relationships, experiences and ways of coping. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck and the possibilities for moving forward.

I have a particular interest in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, rejection, abandonment, life transitions and challenges around identity and self-worth.

I am passionate about helping people understand the connection between their past experiences and their present lives. Sometimes we develop ways of protecting ourselves that once helped us survive difficult situations, but later leave us feeling restricted or disconnected. Therapy can provide an opportunity to gently explore these patterns and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

I also work with issues including:

鈼 relationship difficulties and family challenges

鈼 navigating separation, divorce and blended families

鈼 feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

鈼 perfectionism and self-criticism

鈼 understanding boundaries and personal needs

鈼 rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences

鈼 grief and loss in its many forms

The relationship between therapist and client is central to my work. I aim to offer warmth, honesty and acceptance, while supporting you to explore difficult emotions and make meaningful changes.

My experience, training and ongoing professional development allow me to support adults through a wide range of life experiences and challenges.

My first session

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it is important that you find someone who feels like the right fit for you.

I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation, giving us the opportunity to briefly meet, talk about what has brought you to therapy and for you to get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you.

There is no pressure or expectation to continue. This initial conversation is simply a chance to ask any questions you may have, understand how I work and begin to explore whether we could work well together.

If we decide to continue, our first session will be an opportunity to explore your experiences in more depth. We can discuss what you would like support with, what you hope might change and how we can create a therapeutic space that feels safe and supportive for you.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. Sometimes the hardest part is simply taking the first step and saying, 鈥淚 think I need some support.鈥

If something in my profile resonates with you, I would be very happy to hear from you.
