About me and my therapy practice
Most of my work is centred around women 18-40 who are taking charge of their lives by deconstructing the patterns and traumas which have been driving their life decisions. Until now. It's time to intentionally and mindfully change the narrative.

What can you expect working with a Gestalt therapist and how is it different than other modalities?
Gestalt is complex yet simple. It takes a holistic approach to understanding you as an individual in the context of your environment, upbringing, culture, family dynamics and wider society.
Gestalt therapy helps YOU better understand what they’re feeling and experiencing in the present moment. Instead of focusing only on the past, it looks at how current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. You can expect a hands-on, conversational approach that encourages self-awareness and personal responsibility. Through open dialogue, creative techniques, and sometimes role play or body awareness exercises, you can gain insight into patterns that might be keeping you stuck. The goal is for you to feel more whole, more connected to yourself, and more empowered to make the changes you want in your life.
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My work is grounded in compassion, presence, and curiosity. I don’t believe in fixing people, you are not broken — instead, I walk alongside you as you explore what’s going on in your inner world. I draw from modalities like Gestalt, mindfulness, breath work, and experimental practices to support you in connecting more deeply with yourself. I help you become more aware of your feelings, patterns, and choices, always working at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Therapy with me is not about rushing to solutions — it’s about building trust, fostering insight, and empowering you to live more freely and authentically.

I offer a free introductory session, during which you get a chance to ask questions and understand how we can work together. Next step is booking the first session.
