I work with face to face clients from 10am - 4pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I am able to carry out zoom sessions outside of these hours.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm and compassionate therapist who offers a non-judgemental space where you will be met with unconditional positive regard. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and believe that the client is at the centre of the work.
I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can explore whatever may be going on for you at your own pace. No concern is too small or too overwhelming to bring to therapy, and I will work alongside you with care and respect.

My first session
In your first counselling session, the focus is very much on getting to know one another and helping you feel comfortable and at ease. We will spend some time gently going through an assessment form, which allows me to understand a little more about you, your background, and what has brought you to counselling. However, this session is not just about gathering information, it is primarily about creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you can begin to share at your own pace.
We will talk about what you hope to gain from counselling, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the environment feels right for you. Building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together, and the first session is an important step in laying that foundation so we can move forward in a way that feels supportive and meaningful for you.
