About me and my therapy practice
Together, we can work with whatever challenges you're facing.
With a person-centred approach to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapies (Attachment), we might alleviate distress and detangle some of life's challenges: Stress, Anger, Anxiety, Low mood, Depression, Lack of motivation, Relationship issues, couples counselling, and more.
And with lived experience of neurodiversity, I'm really curious about the ways we move through the world with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia - how we can approach these challenges with kindness.
Practice description
With a fresh perspective, integrative counselling psychotherapy offers a range of support to challenge your thinking and engage your feelings as you come to accept what you do (and don’t) want to change - gently exploring how we can move ahead.
