About me and my therapy practice

Before working with clients I offer a free 20 minute introductory call to establish if the therapeutic relationship feels right for you.

I offer open ended sessions, so you can have as little or as many sessions as you need, I am led by you.

Practice description

I am a person centred counsellor/psychotherapist - a lot of my professional experience is helping people through bereavement and loss and inner child work. Please note that this is not limited, I have helped people with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma and fertility.

Counselling sessions with me are 60 minutes long, ideally weekly or bi weekly to ensure consistency throughout therapy.
