Sometimes life feels heavy, tangled, or just鈥 too much. You don鈥檛 have to carry that alone.
I鈥檓 a warm, down-to-earth therapist who offers a grounded, compassionate space where you can be fully yourself鈥攏o masks, no judgment. Whether you鈥檙e feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating change, I work relationally and intuitively to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and strength.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and even surprised by the lightness that can emerge in our sessions; laughter is a powerful healer and my authenticity is something my clients value. Therapy with me isn鈥檛 about quick fixes or clich茅s; it is about creating real, steady change at a pace that honours you. This journey may take us through many different areas of your experience, and on the way deconstructing harmful myths and narratives that may have disempowered you.
I鈥檓 experienced in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and I offer a flexible, collaborative approach that recognises the diverse ways we process the world. My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming, with particular care for trans clients navigating identity, safety, and belonging. You won't need to educate me; I meet you with respect, curiosity, and the belief that you are the expert on your own experience.
I welcome you just as you are. You deserve to heal, no matter what.
Practice description
In my practise I endeavour to create a safe space where I enter into your unique sphere of existence. I will frequently use metaphor as a vehicle to explore your innermost feelings and lay them out between us, enabling us both to make sense of them. I use a holistic approach to explore you as your entire being, the bigger picture of you, rather than a clinical deconstruction that reduces you to diagnosis or acronyms.
I welcome clients with neurodiverse traits to please contact me to discuss how best we can navigate therapy together. Just because you may be non-verbal or communicate in an 鈥渦nconventional鈥 manner does not mean your emotional experiences are less valid or less worthy of being authentically explored. As an AuDHD person myself, I can understand the difficulty of not being understood.
Our sessions will be client-led, guided by you, and we will work at your pace. I incorporate a number of different approaches into my work in order to tailor it personally to you and what you feel you need.
