About me and my therapy practice

I am a therapist and ADHD coach based in London, working online with clients across the UK and internationally. I provide a safe, collaborative space where you can explore challenges at your own pace. I work integratively, combining psychodynamic and humanistic approaches to create a holistic treatment plan tailored to your needs.

I support clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, anger, self-esteem issues, bereavement, women’s issues, workplace difficulties, life transitions, and more. I have specialist training in bereavement counselling and domestic violence support, and experience working with refugees and people who feel marginalised because of ethnicity, culture, or religion. I have a particular interest in self-esteem therapy, supporting those who feel isolated while longing for meaningful relationships. I also work with existential concerns, such as loss of life's purpose and meaning.

Beneath these struggles often lies emotional and psychological pain. Everyone deserves support and understanding, and my role is to provide a safe, respectful space to explore your needs, understand the roots of your difficulties, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My aim is to help you build clarity, confidence, and balance in life.

Alongside therapy, I specialise in ADHD coaching for adults. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I trained with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in New York and developed ADHD Therapeutic Coaching—blending the goal-oriented approach of coaching with the depth of therapy, addressing both practical strategies and deeper psychological roots of ADHD challenges. I also offer ADHD coaching on its own for those who simply want a more practical, structured focus, while ADHD Therapeutic Coaching is available for those who wish to explore both the emotional impact of ADHD and the everyday strategies that support lasting change.

Practice description

I offer therapy and ADHD coaching online via Zoom. Clients seek support with anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement counselling, self-esteem issues, anger, women’s issues, workplace stress, life transitions, and more. I also welcome those facing complex challenges such as domestic violence, marginalisation, or existential concerns like loss of life’s meaning and purpose.

My approach is integrative, combining psychodynamic and humanistic therapy to provide a holistic framework tailored to your needs, offering space for reflection and practical steps. Therapy is collaborative and compassionate, helping you make sense of difficulties, build clarity and resilience, and move forward. Together we’ll ease the weight of struggles you’ve carried in silence for years.

longside therapy, I specialise in ADHD coaching for adults. Following my late-life diagnosis, my whole life—and all its struggles and successes—suddenly made sense. It also gave me valuable insight into the daily challenges others face with ADHD. I trained with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and went on to develop ADHD Therapeutic Coaching—an integrative approach that blends the structure of ADHD coaching with the depth of therapy. This method offers practical strategies for focus, organisation, and daily life, while addressing the deeper roots that intensify ADHD challenges.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Therapy (Humanistic), an Advanced Certificate in Counselling Skills and Theory (AEB/CSCT), and a Certificate in Counselling Skills (CSCT), with specialist training in bereavement support and domestic violence counselling. I also undertook postgraduate study on the MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s College. In addition, I trained with ADDCA in Simply ADHD, Personal Transformation, and Basic Coaching Skills. I am a member of the ADHD Coaches Organisation (ACO) and a Registered Member (MÂ鶹ԭ´´) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My first session

My first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit. I offer a free 30-minute consultation before starting, giving you space to share what brings you to therapy or ADHD coaching, ask questions, and get a sense of my style. There is no obligation to continue after this consultation.

If you decide to move forward, our first full session will focus on understanding your needs in more depth. I may ask some background questions to build a picture of your current situation, but the pace is always led by you. The aim is not pressure or labels, but creating a safe and supportive foundation. We will talk about what you would like to get from therapy or coaching and begin to identify goals or areas to explore together.

Sessions are held online via Zoom, making them accessible wherever you are based.
