About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified, Â鶹Դ´-registered psychotherapist offering an integrative approach to therapy. I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Attachment-based approaches. This allows me to adapt my work to suit you as an individual, rather than applying a fixed method.
I provide a collaborative, client-centred space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace. Alongside working with present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, I take a holistic view that considers past experiences, family and relationship dynamics, and wider cultural or social influences that may be impacting your life.
Areas I can help with include:
- Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed
- Low mood, depression, or emotional numbness
- Relationship difficulties, including family, partner, or attachment issues
- Low self-esteem, self-criticism, or loss of confidence
- Life transitions, identity questions, or feeling stuck
- Work-related stress, burnout, or pressure
- Trauma or difficult past experiences
- Grief, loss, or significant change
With empathy and care, I support clients in developing practical coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and gaining greater self-awareness. I aim to help you build resilience, feel more grounded, and move towards your personal goals with increased clarity and confidence.
Sessions are offered remotely, giving you the flexibility to attend therapy from a location where you feel comfortable and safe.
I practise in accordance with the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´).
Practice description
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever challenges you may be facing. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, workplace stress, bereavement, and life-limiting illness.
My areas of special interest include perinatal mental health, pregnancy-related issues, and the emotional impact of dementia—whether you're personally affected or supporting a loved one. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, helping them manage uncertainty, loss, or change. My integrative approach means therapy is tailored to you.
All sessions are 50 minutes and will take place on an online video platform, weekly or fortnightly as agreed.
My first session
Initial phone call
Choosing the right counsellor is important. I offer a free 15-minute phone call to discuss what has brought you to counselling, explore whether my approach feels like a good fit, and help you decide whether you would like to proceed with therapy.
First session
Our first session is a space for you to talk about what’s important to you and what you hope to gain from therapy. You can set goals if you’d like, or simply begin exploring what’s going on for you. We’ll work at your pace, in a safe and supportive environment.
Moving forward
I usually suggest starting with around eight sessions, giving us time to build a trusting relationship and do some meaningful work together. After this, we can gently review how things feel for you and decide what you’d like to do next. You are also welcome to continue on an open-ended basis, staying in therapy for as long as it feels supportive and right for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am a fully qualified, Â鶹Դ´-registered psychotherapist practising in line with their ethical framework. Offering online therapy in a supportive and confidential space. I work remotely, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you feel at ease.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of established models including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, and Attachment-based approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
At the heart of my work is building a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, looking at your current thoughts and emotions alongside past experiences, relationships, and cultural influences that may be shaping your life.
I work with empathy and compassion, supporting you to develop practical coping strategies, regain emotional balance, and work towards the changes you would like to make. I believe therapy can help foster self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of empowerment, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
