About me and my therapy practice
I work in the centre of Bath and provide a confidential, compassionate space for you to explore your feelings and find new ways forward. I understand that starting counselling can be daunting so I endeavour to work collaboratively at a pace and depth that is comfortable for you.
I offer warm, unconditional listening and support and am experienced at working with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, stress, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, parenting, work/career issues, life transitions and grief/loss.
I have a particular interest in bereavement and loss having volunteered as a bereavement support worker at Dorothy House Hospice Care for the past 9 years. I also work as a freelance counsellor for We Hear You who support anyone affected directly or indirectly by cancer and other life threatening illnesses.
I have a Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a member of the British Association For Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
