I am a qualified and experienced counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. When life feels overwhelming, I provide a non-judgmental space to help you pause, reflect, and move forward.
I have several years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in private practice and as a counsellor with the mental health charity MIND. My approach is integrative and culturally sensitive, drawing on a range of therapeutic models including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic theory, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt. I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs and pace.
As a British Asian therapist, I understand the complexities of cultural identity, intergenerational pressures, and the stigma that can surround mental health in some communities. I offer a space where these experiences can be explored safely and respectfully. I also recognise that such pressures can affect anyone, regardless of background.
Whether you're feeling anxious, low, stuck, or overwhelmed, therapy can help you gain clarity and reconnect with yourself. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and accepted. I’ve witnessed how transformative it can be—both professionally and personally—when someone feels heard without judgment.
I offer sessions in English and Malayalam and welcome clients from all walks of life.

I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, available face-to-face and online to suit your needs. Please feel free to contact me via email; I aim to respond within 24 hours. Fees are payable by bank transfer.

My first session
I am available for a free 20 minute online or phone consultation, for a chat about what you feel you need from therapy, what I offer as a therapist and also to see if we can both work well together. If we decide to work together, then we can discuss mutually convenient times for our session.
I work in a flexible manner and will always look to arrange sessions at a time that is suitable for both of us. All sessions are booked in and charged as fifty minutes.
