I have availability for face to face appointments on Mondays and Saturdays. I have more flexibility with online and telephone counselling where I can offer more availability through out the week in the evenings. 

If you need a session time outside of these times, please contact me so that we can discuss your needs. 

My approach to counselling is to work with each of my clients with genuine curiosity and have an interest in their unique journey. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than leaving them feeling heard, validated and empowered to take on life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

I have a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a integrative counsellor, leaning towards the person-centred approach. 

I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to bring your whole self to. I understand that every person's experience is unique, and I work hard to create a safe and welcoming space where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged or misunderstood.

Having been a client myself, I know that coming to counselling can be daunting for some people, and I do my best to put my clients at ease. I am happy to address any questions or concerns you may have so you can get the most out of the counselling space.

I do offer a FREE 15-minute introductory session so we can discuss what you are looking to get out of counselling and ensure that I am the right fit for you.  

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes at £55 per session.

I believe that therapy should be as accessible as possible, so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who may not be able to afford the full rate.

I have a private practice based in Rainhill in a comfortable and private room in Station Street Business Centre. 

There are toilets available to use. The building is on the first floor, so has a flight of stairs to access the counselling room.
