About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenthood, identity shifts, academic pressures, or the pressure of holding everything together while struggling internally. I specialise in anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship patterns. Using an integrative approach tailored to your specific strengths and needs, I help you understand what’s driving your stress, overthinking, low mood, or overwhelm and develop practical tools to create lasting change.

I am a Âé¶¹Ô­´´ Accredited therapist with an LPC (Virginia, USA). I have over 10 years' experience and training in evidence-based approaches including CBT and trauma-informed therapy, with experience supporting clients across diverse settings.

I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, low mood, and life transitions. Treatment focuses on understanding patterns, building practical coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change so you feel more in control, confident, and able to move forward.

While I am trained in a multitude of modalities, I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I work from a trauma-informed stance and incorporate specific tools based on your needs and goals. My style is warm, direct, and engaged. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful change.
