About me and my therapy practice
Do These Experiences Feel Familiar?
You might feel like you don鈥檛 quite fit in or that you鈥檙e somehow getting life 鈥渨rong鈥 while others seem to manage just fine. Maybe you spend a lot of time worrying about what others think, replaying conversations, overthinking decisions, or feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together. You might struggle to switch off, lose confidence in yourself, or feel stuck, anxious or unsure.
Many people describe working incredibly hard just to keep up, without really understanding why. You might be hard on yourself, have difficulty starting tasks, or feel out of sync with others. You may also be navigating relationship or family difficulties, identity questions, stress, trauma, or change. Alongside this, you might be wondering about neurodivergence such as ADHD/AuDHD, autism, dyslexia or dyspraxia.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
I have a particular interest in supporting adults who suspect they may be neurodivergent, including those exploring or living with ADHD. You don鈥檛 need a diagnosis to begin therapy. Many people come because they want to make sense of patterns that feel confusing, find ways of coping that don鈥檛 lead to burnout, or understand themselves with more compassion.
I am currently completing a Certificate in Adult ADHD and exploring my own possible ADHD diagnosis. This means I can often relate to experiences such as overwhelm, emotional intensity, masking, self-criticism and feeling out of sync with others. I offer both therapeutic exploration and practical strategies around emotional regulation, executive functioning, organisation, time management and relationships.
How I Work
My approach is person-centred, relational and neurodiversity-affirming. I won鈥檛 ask you to mask, justify yourself or 鈥渢ry harder鈥. We go at your pace and explore what supports you. Therapy can help reduce shame, deepen understanding and create ways of living that feel more sustainable for your brain.
