Taking the first step to talk to someone about your deepest thoughts and feelings can feel overwhelming. I am here to listen, to help you to understand how past experiences, childhoods and trauma can shape a persons view of themselves in the world today. In our sessions we will work with deep empathy to help regain control of what can feel exhausting in every day life. I offer respect, honesty and understanding looking at what can feel deeply painful and challenging. The safe space we hold together is a non judgemental space, with freedom to express and explore difficult emotions securely.  

I offer Person Centred counselling which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. I am committed to walk alongside you on your journey, to talk about whatever you choose to bring to each session moving at your comfortable pace. When we create a space built on safety, honesty and true respect, people always find the strength within themselves to get through life's hardest moments. 

My practice is currently online, with a view to working face to face soon.
