I offer in person, telephone and online sessions.

My in person counselling fee is £55 for a 50 minute session.

My remote counselling fee (telephone or TEAMS) is £45 for a 50 minute session.

I am an integrative counsellor who works with both adults and young people (aged 13+). As well as private practice, I also have counselling experience at a further education college, within the NHS and with an Employee Assistance Programme.

 I provide a calm, warm, accepting and welcoming space for our sessions, be they in person, online or over the telephone.

I can support you with a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, loss, bereavement, parenting and relationships, to name some. I also have a passion for learning and career change as an adult. I am open minded and approachable.

In our first session I will spend time getting to know you and finding out what brings you to counselling and what your hopes are.

I offer sessions in person - in Ashford, Kent - or remotely by TEAMS or telephone.

Initial consultation:

I offer a free 20 minute TEAMS or telephone consultation where I will introduce myself and ask you what has brought you to counselling and if you have any goals. It will be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions. I will send you a copy of my working agreement prior to our consultation. My aim is to help you feel at ease and for you to decide if we are the right fit.
