About me and my therapy practice
I am a UKCP-accredited and Â鶹Դ´-registered Gestalt Psychotherapist offering a discreet, high-level service from my Harley Street practice and online. My work is designed for individuals who want more than symptom relief — who are ready for deep, lasting change and value working with a senior clinician.
Gestalt therapy is experiential and dynamic. Together we work in real time with what arises — thoughts, emotions, and embodied responses — to bring clarity, perspective, and renewed agency. My approach is both depth-oriented and pragmatic, helping clients break long-standing patterns and create new ways of relating and leading their lives.
As a Harley Street practitioner, I offer a highly personalised and confidential service. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, allowing for focused attention and a responsive therapeutic relationship. My clients include entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and parents seeking sophisticated psychological support — often during periods of significant transition, decision-making, or relational strain.
My specialist focus includes:
Complex trauma and high-functioning anxiety
ADHD, autism, and giftedness in adults and families
Emotional dysregulation, burnout, and leadership stress
Parenting and family systems challenges
Meaning-making and existential exploration
Sessions are offered in weekly or intensive formats for those who wish to work at pace. I can collaborate with medical and psychiatric teams, where required, to ensure fully integrated care.
Therapy begins with a 50-minute consultation where we explore your goals, challenges, and whether we are the right fit. From there, we create a focused plan for insight and transformation, delivered at a consistent rhythm to sustain momentum and meaningful change.
Practice description
Welcome to my Harley Street practice. My work is relational, experiential, and informed by contemporary neuroscience — designed for those who value depth, rigour, and the opportunity to reset their nervous system and reclaim their potential.
Gestalt therapy is a dynamic approach that works in the present moment — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Together, we explore patterns in thinking, behaviour, and relationships that may be limiting you and create new ways of living, leading, and relating. Sessions go beyond talking: we work with awareness, dialogue, and embodied processes that engage the vagus nerve and help restore balance to the autonomic nervous system, unlocking clarity, focus, and capacity for change.
My practice is intentionally small so I can offer a high level of focus and responsiveness. I work with senior professionals, founders, creatives and parents who need a space to think clearly and act decisively. Many come at a point of burnout, emotional dysregulation, or relational rupture — when old coping strategies have stopped working and something deeper must shift.
Areas of special focus include trauma (including systemic, developmental and complex trauma), high-functioning anxiety, ADHD and autism in adults and families, emotional regulation difficulties, parenting stress, and existential questions of identity, meaning, and purpose. I integrate Gestalt psychotherapy with neuroscience, mindfulness, and systems thinking, creating a process that is both rigorous and deeply human — one that supports post-traumatic growth and nervous system resilience as well as insight.
Sessions are offered weekly on Harley Street or online, with bespoke intensives available for those seeking accelerated progress. I can collaborate, with consent, with psychiatrists, GPs, and other professionals to ensure fully joined-up care.
My first session
Therapy begins with a 50-minute consultation where we clarify your goals and decide if we are the right fit. From there, we create a focused, consistent plan to support transformation — helping you regulate, reset, and build the psychological bandwidth for what comes next. Many clients arrive at this point during a time of transition, burnout, relational strain, or a desire for meaningful change, and this initial meeting is designed to offer clarity as well as practical next steps.
During the consultation, we will:
Clarify your goals: What you would like to change, resolve, or understand.
Explore your context: Your personal history, current challenges, and any patterns you have noticed.
Discuss practicalities: Confidentiality, fees, scheduling, and how therapy is structured.
Agree next steps: Whether to begin weekly therapy and what our initial focus will be.
This is a collaborative and conversational process rather than an assessment or test. You are free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Some clients use this first session to describe a specific problem they want to work on immediately, while others simply want to get a sense of what therapy with me feels like before committing.
If we agree to proceed, we will set up a weekly session time. Consistency is an essential part of the therapeutic process — it allows us to build momentum, create a safe container for deeper work, and sustain the focus needed for meaningful change.
My Harley Street practice offers a discreet and professional setting where you can step out of daily pressures and invest fully in yourself. The first session is the beginning of a focused and intentional process toward insight, growth, and lasting transformation.

About me and my therapy practice
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, my work centres on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at your own pace. I believe that meaningful change happens when we are truly seen and heard, and when we feel safe enough to be curious about our inner world.
Gestalt therapy focuses on the present moment — what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body right now — while also exploring how past experiences and relationships may be shaping how you experience life today. My approach encourages self-awareness, emotional resilience, and reconnection to your needs, values, and sense of self.
Rather than focusing on a diagnosis or label, I work with you as a whole person. You are not a problem to be fixed — you are someone with a story that matters. Together, we’ll gently explore what feels stuck, overwhelming, or unresolved. I will walk alongside you as we shine a light on the parts of your experience that may need attention, healing, or understanding.
My way of working is relational, which means I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship we build together. I see this connection as a vital part of the healing process. Through our work, you may begin to notice old patterns in new ways, develop clearer boundaries, feel more grounded, and experience a deeper sense of choice in how you relate to yourself and others.
I offer a free introductory phone conversation so you can ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit. From there, we can arrange an initial assessment session before committing to weekly therapy. I offer both short and longer-term work depending on your needs.
I also offer a sliding scale for students and have limited low-cost spaces available — please get in touch to discuss.
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. Just a willingness to take the first step. I’d be honoured to support you.
Practice description
I offer Gestalt Psychotherapy for adults, providing a safe, supportive, and relational space to explore the emotional challenges that may be impacting your life. Whether you are feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what you need, I will meet you with warmth, care, and without judgment. Together, we work to build awareness of what’s happening for you in the present moment and how your past experiences may still be shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
Gestalt therapy is a creative, relational approach that doesn’t pathologise. Rather than working with a diagnosis or fixed label, I work with you as a whole person — honouring your individual experiences, needs, and pace. This includes exploring how you relate to others, how you support or interrupt yourself, and how old patterns may be keeping you stuck. My aim is to help you develop deeper awareness and insight so that new choices become possible and healing can emerge.
Clients often come to me because they are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, burnout, or life transitions. Others come simply with a sense that something isn’t quite right, or that they’ve lost connection with who they are. Whatever brings you here, we will work at your pace to find understanding and create change.
I work one-to-one with adult clients (18+) on either a short-term or open-ended basis. I offer a free initial phone conversation to explore your needs and see if we feel a good fit to work together. If we go ahead, we will begin with an initial assessment session before deciding on a regular weekly time for ongoing therapy.
I am a qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, an accredited member of the UKCP, and a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´. My practice is based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to arrange an introductory conversation.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported from the beginning. I offer a free, no-obligation phone conversation so we can briefly explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and whether I might be the right person to support you. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about how I work, what to expect, and whether therapy is right for you at this time.
If we decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange an initial assessment session. This session is a little different from regular therapy sessions — it offers a fuller opportunity to get to know each other and gives you space to speak about what’s going on for you, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and anything that feels important to share. I may ask some questions to better understand your personal history, current context, and what kind of support you need. This helps me to assess whether I’m the best fit for your needs and whether Gestalt therapy is the right approach.
This first session is also a chance for you to get a feel for me and how I work — there is no commitment to continue if it doesn’t feel right. If we both agree to work together, we’ll then set up a regular weekly session time. Weekly sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually held in person at my private practice in Letchworth, though online sessions may also be available depending on your needs and preferences.
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, or if you’ve had mixed experiences in the past, I welcome those feelings and will always work with you gently and respectfully. You won’t be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with, and I’ll support you to go at your own pace.
My intention in our first meeting is to create a space where you feel heard, met, and respected — and to begin building a relationship that supports you to explore and grow.
Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange your free conversation.
